RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Sophie May Boutique. We understand shopping online can be tricky and if you do not love your items you purchased we gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 14 days of delivery at the customer’s expense for store credit.
*YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.
*WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 3-5 days after return is received for store credit to be delivered.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
* Items not eligible for returns include sale items, accessories (jewelry, hats) and home goods . These items are all Final Sale.
-If these ineligible items are sent back and not accepted you can choose to have them returned to you for an $8 fee
-The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.
-Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
-All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with Sophie May tags attached
If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you will not be given credit and items will be sent back for a $8 return fee
-Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
-Store Credit does not expire.
Please note: we are unable to accept items that have been washed. Please be sure to follow exact washing instructions to ensure the garment remains in good condition.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to exchange an item in your order, please place a new order for that item on our website. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges only for a different size or color in the same item. Please write the new order number for the exchanged item on the bottom of the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. All other returns will be issued store credit. Shipping fees will be included in the refund for any exchange orders.

1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted
2. Place items in a shipping-safe package and include your original receipt/packing slip. If you do not have your original receipt, you can log-in to your online account and click on the order that is associated with your return, then click "print invoice." You can also print your order confirmation email.

Tracking
You are responsible for tracking your return package. Please keep note of the tracking number that is generated through your return label. Once it is delivered to our warehouse please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your store credit is available. Return credit may not be used towards previous purchases.
